My day looks like:
Recovery run at a parkrun
Post run coffee and breakfast
Replacing a plug hole in a sink
Watching England
With plenty of rest around those after an arduous hot 10k race last night

Been busy since about 10am help Dad out then a couple of errands. Got 2 more things on the list in the gardener it’s nudging 30 again here so thinking I may leave them until 5 or 6 when it’s cooler. |

Doesn’t have to be local, I once knew a group, that used to meet at Southend on sea,
10-15 of us used to meet, but then someone let the cat out of the bag and once the locals found out, they would be over the top with the ladys, when they got a rejection, they got nasty With name calling.
It just fizzled out after that.
