I like 8 Spruce in New York, and Casa Battlo in Barcelona (all the Gaudi buildings are amazing) as well as Durham Cathedral.

Prefer the Chrysler building to Empire State, and Petronas Towers have wonderful food halls.

30 St Mary Axe (The Gherkin) is my favourite in London, ruined by buildings with less architectural merit around it.
