That's a tuff one OP.
Obviously my user name would give it away to any true fans what my favourite is but I'm a sci-fi geek.
Favourite character Maul(Prequal era), Han Solo (OT), Revan(Old Republic), I thought Andor was great and best of the Disney era.
Currently watching Stargate again though.

Star Trek TNG is my choice as best Star Trek series but my favourite ever Star Trek episode is from DS9 and is called, The Visitor.
I defy anyone not to cry whilst watching it and features a typically brilliant performance from the ever superb, Tony Todd (yes, Candyman himself) 😃 |

Teal'c
The character development from series to series, watching him become more human, even developing a sense of humour at times was great writing. "Unending" when Teal'c ages and his replies are a series of Earth quotes. |
