Some people do create profiles using AI tools, it's relatively easy to tell. Sometimes you might get photos that were done using AI, but the site is quite good at taking them down.

Businesses yes use AI to scan the site yes, it is able mass download all the photos, videos and also have ability to scan for data such as age, sex, likes etc.
