.. on your own..

I've never done it before but as I'm single and want to go to the cinena.. thinking why not?

However does that just reek of sadness?

No it doesn't, do it.

No having to share the popcorn.

To be fair, watching a film isn't a particulary social activity so I don't see the problem.

I've been a couple of times on my own recently and it's no problem. People won't bat an eyelid.

It's not a problem to go on your own, but midweek is best as there are fewer people rather than the weekend evening showings which are sometimes packed.

I've never been on my own and don't think I would in my home town. I've been on several holidays on my own, went to the Olympics on my own and going to Birmingham in a few weeks on my own. Just never thought of going to the cinema!

My ex used to work there while I was a student . At first it was odd and felt as though everyone was looking at me, ' Billy no mates ' but after the first time it's all good .

Not sure I would pay and go on my own though . Although I was in a restaurant last night and a man was sitting there all on his own . So could be worse
