Don't people ask the stupidest questions these days.
These two gems came from a work colleague today, where she works as the Manager in our Health Club and Spa, within which, we have a 20m x 12m pool. Part of it has two sectioned off full length lanes, for those who wish to swim lengths of the pool.
Lady Customer: "Since I prefer to swim in the lengths section, I get warmer more quickly through my exercising. So, could it be possible to have warm section of the pool and a cooler section?"
Manager: "Well put it this way, when in the bath at home, do you have a hot end and a cold end?
Customer: "No. Don't change the subject as it's irrelevant!"

Second query was another pool user....
"I don't like all this chlorine in the water; could you perhaps fill the pool with Evian?"
Could you imagine the bill?  |
