Get a webcam with a long cable so you can situate it behind you while you face your computer, then it's all down to angles and lighting baby!

That's how I did mine anyway!

Or if you don't have a webcam to do it with set your camera on a timer, angle a mirror so you can see what the camera lens is seeing and experiment

Buy a digital camera with a timer,lie it on its back put 10secs on it press button stand over it and wait for the flash.Thats how I took mine.

Took a few attempts to get the distance right but it was easy enough. Tried doing another one last week and couldn't get a good one for about an hour!!
