I never add it but do you when you are cooking or do you believe, as I do that their is already enough in everything we eat

I eat too much salt, add it when cooking and then afterwards, Sasha has more than me

add the very bare minimum, and only ever put salt on:

chicken/turkey

tomatoes

lettuce

eggs

I've stopped adding salt to food when I'm cooking as we have different taste preferences but I love a lot of salt on boiled eggs.
