We were a bit tipsy last night

We're having beef today and Rob thought it would be a good idea to stick it in the oven on a really low heat and cook it over night

Well we were otherwise engaged, then the fire alarm went off,the kitchen was full of smoke, there was no beef left........just a bit of charcoal

The oven was on the highest setting

We're having turkey now

I tend not to do a roast on my own, and if I were to do one, it would be a chicken or a duck.

I shall make fried rice tonight, as I have loads of chicken/duck/oriental ribs to use up, goodie, as I love fried rice, and I shall make heaps so that I can free some of them!
