Why do they always have that distinctive smell????

I cant imagine ever having to put my mum in one!!

A world of my own

My mum was in an old peoples home as opposed to a nursing home, and it always smelled of baby powder.

Some how I'm not reassured as money and care don't go hand in hand!

Its piss and cabbage

I have spent time in one though that was really posh and its always smelt lovely......it smelt of perfume piss and caggage
