"Are there any? "

Dioralyte (think thats how you spell it!) its a powder from chemists that you mix into a glass of water. Full of electrolytes etc to help with dehydration.

Failing that, the quickest and most effective cure is a enema!! (I promise I'm not joking!)

Not if done properly, with water and not done too often. Adding, or using, anything else, like coffee or alcohol, can be dangerous.

I, personally, wouldn't recommend one to treat dehydration but it wouldn't be dangerous.

You do need the right kit though, which most people don't keep round the house!

Why would you end up dead from an enema?

If you can't get to the chemist, water with a teaspoon of sugar and a little bit of salt.

They clean out the rectum and colon.

Unless you use a small amount of salt in the solution, you absorb some of the water through your intestines. It makes you pee like a racehorse.

Enemas aren't dangerous if done properly and occasionally.

You won't end up dead off an enema. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard lol. Your bowel can absord a lot of fluid quicker than you could drink it and dehydrates you quicker than drinking water as we'll.

Spent yesterday wretching everytime i took a sip of water and managed a few dry crackers yesterday evening. Woke up with a pounding head n feels like ive been punched in the kidneys

Oh dear, bless you, give the doctor a call to check then that you haven't got anything more serious that warrants a stay in hospital

Ah you dont want to be drinking water in that case...

Go out and buy lots of cheap lemonade, pour some out of bottle then reseal and shake it hard to knock all the CO2 out of it...

Then drink that...

Its sterile and has sugar in it too.

The sugar will help to get rid of the shakes and the sterile water is the best liquid to take in if you have food poisoning.

I think theres a vomiting bug around. I spent the whole day yesterday with spewing and the runs. Slept the entire day.

Try dirolyte from the chemist or lemonade.

Rehydration sachets from local pharmacy.

Drink small amounts of plain water regularly. Avoid coffee, soft drinks and alcohol.

Fluid is also taken from food so soup etc can help.

Flat lemonade and plain crisps.

Salt from crisps helps and you can't be sick from eating crisps.

Use it all the time with the kids

Best advice for when your abroad too

Hope you feel better soon xxx

I'll remember that next time I am sailing round the world!

To the OP, if you have any fruit squash dissolve a tsp of sugar and a tsp of salt in a pint of diluted squash and sip slowly.

I was always told by a friend that was a GP mixed half and half with bottled water.

Make sure you use the normal as you need the sugar in it.

Over the counter remadies, just tell the chemist, your symptoms an you will get something suitabl....

You haven't been doing anal to pussy or rough sex, it might sound a bit like UTI and you might need your doctor to give you antibiotics.
