Same here if I was paying lots for it. It's a builder I've worked alongside now and again. He's very good and cheap as hell for cash. Just a bugger to get hold of if he has work on. |

thats the problem getting building work done 'mates rates'
they will always fit it in when they have nothing else to do.
makes a 2 week project into a 2/3 month pain in the arse lol |

Agreed but we're not in a rush. Looking forward to this garage bring complete though do we can clear the old one and convert it into an annex.... Who knows; we may then accommodate occasionally  |
