What's the strangest spider you have seen in your house and how many people have seen a false widow spider

last year we had deliveries from china and 5 minutes after opening the package we found a trapdoor spider in the hallway

In Your Bush

I used to work with a woman who wore tiny shorts to work in the summer.

She must have smuggled some from china, you could see their mahoosive legs trying to escape.

*shudders*

I don't really like killing things. I occasionally usher them outside but usually just leave them to get on with their business. I prefer spiders to flys, at least spiders generally keep to themselves.

Watched home alone yesterday, the first and best. When Macauley Culkin places the spider onto Daniel Stern face.....has to be the most hilarious, girly and genuine scream I have ever heard, still makes me cry with laughter.

Yeah, absolutely hate spiders. Think my fear comes from when I was a kid and my Dad had a Mexican Red Rump Tarantula and used to try and get me to hold it. Put me off for life...

Snakes on the other hand...I have several corn snakes and two pythons.

Love that film and apparently it was unrehearsed putting the spider on Daniel Sterns face. The director picked ip the spider and had a brain wave to put it on Sterns face.

Spiders are scary creatures and have no place in my house

Those that have the balls, and possess the stupidity, to wander a cross my threshold get introduced to "mr newspaper" and quickly end up feeling a little flat

Even reading the word spider brings me out in a sweat. We get huge house spiders and the fat body ones that make webs across your back door windows. I need to cry now
