the "crown carveries".we only have the one down here in kent,but very good food at a good price.part of the mitchells and butler group that also owns "toby carvery" and "harvester" pubs.

This . Some spoons do a decent ale but for food I will always choose an independent with a decent menu or a restaurant. I rarely go to a pub for a cheap/convenient meal.
