A Summer Holiday! Well, at least Matthew and I are hoping to.

Looking for some top tips or bargains, if you have any?

We are looking for a 5 night or more stay on a budget of less than £1000 excluding spends. We have seen some great offers online but weary of them being too good to be true.

Also... do we book hotel separate to flights?

Beware.... The advertised price won't include transfers and baggage.. You can usually add £100 each for them.

Last minute deals are often cheapest if you're flexible.

We're going to Turkey at the end of August, one week is just short of £1000 for us both.

Greece has got some great deals at the moment.

On BBC Breakfast show this morning there were talking about amazing overseas deals. One of the big tour operators last week had 1 week in Zante for £66 pp inc flights & transfers
