Exactly. She wasn't be charged for the probably suspecting/knowing and turning a blind eye. Innocent of the charges as decided by a jury looking at the all of the evidence.

that she didn't know is either testimony to her total incompetence as an 'executive' which is strangely at odds with the fact that the papers she was in charge of were successful sales wise..??
that the guy she was having an affair with and who she was in charge of never discussed this with her is bollocks but then again not proven..
