Ok here's a couple of tips for movies to watch back to back...
1) Tropic Thunder - followed by - Tears Of The Sun
After watching 'Tropic' decimate every cliche in the book watch 'Tears' and cringe. It so closely rips the shit out of 'Tears' that it makes me wonder whether Bruce Willis has bitter feelings about how they pissed over his best oscar attempt lol 
2) Heat - followed by - LA Takedown
Both films by Michael Mann...both the same plot...in fact both have very similar scripts...if not identical at points. Yet one is a masterpiece and the other is utter shit. A real eye opener in what makes a good movie. Lets say De Niro and Pacino helped 
Anyone else have any double bills they'd recommend?  |
