When I was a kid my father swore it had to be iron brew and you know he is right good vanilla ice cream and a glass bottle of the orange stuff always reminds me of when I was carefree and innocent
As for what I drink over the summer, I spend most of the summer sitting outside keeping an eye on the girls so its huge jugs of juice with loads of ice, and copious amounts of ice lollies and ice poles to the various kids my daughters bring over to play in the paddling pool 
Its that bad you would think we were the only parents to ever buy an inflatable slab of plastic and fill it with warm water

I have never been able to drink cider since I was 15 and was out with mates getting bladdered (them not me cos I always got caught) and one of them threw up, the smell of fermented apples still makes me want to throw up 
Went down the park with my girls testerday and saw the local jobs taking loads of carrier bags full of cider towards the trees - seems Strongbow is still the drink of choice of the underagers here

I am lucky I never get hangovers I just lose time or have no idea how I got home 
Last time I got really reeking d*unk was my wedding day - everytime I moved someone else got me a drink so by the end of the night I was giving away vodka and s. My next memory is sitting on a wall outside a petrol station waiting on the taxi, then falling in my front door, then sitting on the end of my bed wearing my basque and stocking and shoes.
Steven tells me it took half an hour to get me in the stairwell, up 4 steps and in the front door another hour to get my suit off, then he gave up and decided to sit me on the bed and make me a coffee  Now thats love for you
