So roasted pumpkin and red pepper soup made in advance of a dinner party tomorrow. Thinking of jazzing it up with the addition of a seared scallop. Does that sound nice?? |

I've read a few reviews saying it is a great match and am thinking it will lift it from just being soup to something a bit more special. I've been watching too much Come Dine With Me  |
