little house on the praire

Jay plays tennis on Saturday morning with a group of others, they play groups of doubles, jay(71) had a guy in his doubles today whose 82 they have to stop to give him a rest but he's still at it, the guy keeps saying he's going to give it up as he's the weakest link but the others persuade him to keep going. Bloody good on him I say

I think it's fantastic to still be playing tennis at 82.

My mum does several hours of dancing each week, at 62 and having a chronic fatigue condition I think it's amazing!

My father had to give up cycling this year, just after his 87th birthday.

Bolton

There's a guy round here who is in his 70s and is out running in shorts every morning as part of his routine.

He seems class and gets annoyed when people get in his way on the pavement!

Decided that bowls will be my sport of choice when I have my free bus pass
