The land of grey peas and bacon

I can relate to being bored in London...when I lived there the attractions were not so much attractions but places you passed on the way to work. However now moved away I miss London like crazy and continplating moving back next year

Amazing Metal bar in Soho, Manette Street, Tottenham Court Road Station, it's called Cro Bar and everyone there is SO friendly and lovely, and it's right round the corner from all the strip joints in Soho... or go for a walk along the river... Lovely!!!

Go for a walk along the river and have a pint at the dove. It has the Guinness world record for the smallest bar and does a good pint of ale!

Titz Towers, North Notts

Odds Bodkins, at the Hammersmith Apollo:

Eddie Izzard, Josh Widdecombe, Sara Pascoe.

James Acaster is in Leicester Square, with Nathan Caton.

Tiff Stevenson in Soho.

There are some great nights there.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

There's a theatre bar on Fulham Palace Road too. You don't even have to move very far.

Crikey just pop along to covent Garden, plenty of free entertainment on offer. Loads going on.

Sit in Hyde Park and watch the world go bye

A pleasant stroll along the embankment

Trafalgar square laugh at the tourist's.

Take a trip on the circle line and go round and round.

Go and buy some food for the countless homeless people living rough.

Jump on a bus and visit swanky hounslow and take in the bus garage. Oh wait that's shit

Just find a spot and have a coffee always something going on if you look around.

You can't go round and round on the Circle Line anymore. It's got a break in it and you have to get off and change.

It does. I've never been offered a cock to foster there though.

I think there is plenty of things to do in London but as a solo mate between the hours of 8-10pm not wanting to spend much money the brain does need kicking in to shape. I have oreviously last weekend visited the Science museum and National Hist! I am still a tourist here really so unsure of the great areas you can visit solo

...Up on the Downs

If you Google 'Free things to do in London' there's a couple of websites. There's live music a lot of places for free too, like the Blues Kitchen, and I always like to go for a wander round the South bank or Covent Garden. I noticed the south bank by Tower Bridge looked like it was worth a good mooch about one day too.

The Dragon Cafe in the crypt at St Georges, Borough High street on a Monday is a cool place too, just a quick ride on a bus from the South Bank at London Bridge. London is heaving with great things to do and I guess see for Free, you've no excuse OP

I was about to say, I nearly suffered from internal combustion when you said "swanky Hounslow". - I've never known a bigger shithole (and I grew up in Hackney when the murder mile was rife and our area was always on the news! Lol).
