went yesterday evening, trained back and shoulders.

recovery was pretty shit due to lack of sleep so ive got major DOMS today

not touching another weight til sunday

Not good mate, try to get atleast 9 hours sleep,and have a perfect diet, eat on time.

I do, though it's been a bit hit n miss for a couple of months. Been so busy with stuff I,ve only had chance to work on my chin bar, wheights n abs......not as good as the Gym but better than nothing. Will be back in there from next week though.

Noticed you comment about 'sleep' something I must put right this year is getting enough sleep.

Yes, lol. And I can certainly see why......but the odd sleepless night now and then would be ok. as long as you could rest up the next day that is.

Don't have time for the gym, I cycle about 30 miles a day and I have a tread mill at home I spend an hour a day on, that's enough for me

I sum times go with my mate cos she is to chicken to go on her own ,I like the steam and and sauna and plunge pool ,the gym always makes the back of my butt ache don't go enough I guess

I tend to go day on, day off.

Today is not a gym day. Just started cutting and I'm stalling out on 5 x 5 now, I may keep on with it through my cut, but then I'll do something different.

I was seriously considering 5/3/1 or MADCOW, but there is a part of me wants to go all out for size next bulk and try something like "shortcut to size.."

Not everyone wants to be a hulk. Some just like to look bigger and in proportion. I'm allergic to the sweat in the gym,that's why I can't go

YEs and I eat about 800g chicken aday, it got 30g protein per 100g so good source, yes I as well mix it up with tuna some days to, change the food up.
