A ponderment for those of us who regularly retire in the early hours of the morning? And others i suppose.
Is it still Friday or Saturady if you've not yet gone to bed?
If it's Saturady, does that mean we get twice as many days in a year as it will still be Saturday again when we get up.?

I have hun. Called 111 earlier. They told me to go to a walk in centre near me. But cannot face the stairs to go down tonight. Will see how it is in morning xx |

Yeah they did ask me if I had any pain in my lower back. But I dont. I would love to sit in a warm bath. But I really can't face walking to the bathroom right now. It's total agony xx |

You won't necessarily have pain in your back if it's the cause of the problem. I usually don't.
It may be referred pain, where pain is felt somewhere other than the actual site of the problem, or it could be something trapped which isn't painful itself but it's causing a knock-on effect.
Is there any redness, heat or inflammation in the area of the pain? If so, it could be a blood clot and you need to get to A&E sharpish.
On Wednesday one of my thighs kept going numb. There was no pain anywhere but the entire front of my left thigh went totally dead. After a little while I worked out it was my back, although I'd never had that particular effect before. Some stretches and more attention to my posture, (I was on my feet, walking around all day), solved the problem.
Don't discount it being a back problem even though there's no pain. It's why I suggested a bath. If anything is trapped or pinched, it may help ease it. |

I have mate but I seriously can not face going down the stairs. It as just took me 10 mins to go to the toilet and I was in agony.
