I've tried various supplements over the years, not juice plus though. The best thing I've done is replace supplements with spinach and lots of veg. Food for though lol |

There's always foods that can give you the vitamins you need. Bright coloured veg' and greens, meats, nuts, seeds. All better than synthesised stuff in a supplement.
The only one I use is protein powder because I couldn't eat enough food to give me the protein I need. |
