What have you nearly done, but didn't quite, that others could be shocked by and given the right nudge, maybe an extra few drinks, you could easily find yourself doing?

I nearly got in the cage to play at Kestrels yesterday. It's a big fantasy of mine but I wimped out at the last minute. Wouldn't of taken too much persuading to jump in. Next time maybe...

I was once *nearly* arrested by Brazilian police on drugs charges, but I managed to give them the slip and escaped across four lanes of traffic.
