Is it just me or do chefs somewhat take themselves a bit too seriously?. Seems Heston Blumenthal wants his re opened the Fat Duck restaurant not just to list menu options but to tell a story as well. |

When you go to high end restaurants like that, you're not going there to be fed in order to not starve. You're going for entertainment and theatre and new experiences.
Anything to make it interesting is good and shows he's still innovative. |
