Research your surgeon. Look up BAAPS. Talk to him/ her about what you want the end result to be. Also research any problems that might occur.

Rather than going under the knife I went for cryolipolosis and cavitation. It's made a big difference for me.

Where did you go to have those procedures done? I've got a consultation at the hospital group about it not too sure I'll go through with it but I'm feeling frustrated as I work my butt of at the gym and my mummy tummy isn't improving

Have you seen it without the bandages yet? Take it easy for a few weeks and give the muscles chance to heal properly.
