Scallops with chilli, chorizo and garlic for starters.

2 pork steaks in a peach mustard with a little honey, some tagliatelle cooked in veg stock with a dash of Worcestershire sauce and a side salad for mains.

Pate on rice cakes for supper.

Already had 2 honey and wholegrain mustard pork steaks with quinoa and stir fried veg for lunch

And 3/4 tamarind and molasses chicken, 2 bananas and 2 plums during work as snacks.

I'm bulking...dont judge me

Must be the night for bolognese.....I've squeezed 6 types of veg in mine so it's bordering on healthy ....spoiling it by making garlic bread and having red wine
