Ok ladies I always have an issue with my muffin top...
Doesnt matter how much exercise I do I just can never get to the goal of a flat tummy....
Should I just celebrate my muffin top 
And to the gentlemen, does a rounded tum put you off a woman ? |

I don't like mine but I can't hide it when I'm wearing underwear/naked so I just put up with it, not a fan though of being on all fours as I hate the way it hangs down  |

Maybe my tum is the result of having two children but I look at some of the pics on Fab of women my age and think

I suppose I just think men have an ideal image in theirs heads as to what a woman should look like to be sexy ...

I have body dysmorphia- I think I am a size 12 in my head but more like an 18!!
Its a shock when I look in the mirror but the laughing fit uses a few calories!! |

Try having 3 sections and two 12+ pound babies
My stomachs shot to bit, its ugly, I know its ugly but there is bugger all I can do about it bar surgery so I'm afraid it's a case of fuck me fuck my belly

Misty, you look amazing. I really can't believe so many beautiful women think badly of their bodies. Different women have different body types.
As a continuation of our earlier conversation, with flat tummies come other problems (often small boobs, etc.) and with a fuller figure comes certain benefits. Embrace the body you have. It is absolutely lovely.

I do a warm up
Then 20 mins tonning which is mostly squats, lunges and obliques..
Then 20 mins legs bums and tums..
Which again is crunches, oblique crunches, the plank etc |
