Wholegrain toast. Just been diagnosed with diabetes so now every meal has to be thought about and checked to see what I can or cant eat. Im hoping it gets easier once your used to it.

I'm having grapes, natural yoghurt and honey. I'll be eating my own weight in haribo and drinking a lot of rum tonight though!
