in the night garden

I was once in Spain and I got this huge mosquito bite on the centre of my forehead.

I think that was my favourite holiday spot.

Enjoyed Israel back in the 80's, even the bullet and bomb dodging

But went to Vienna a few years back, now I am not a great fan of crowds of people or of cities but loved it and will keep going back

But as for my favourite holiday spot, that has to be right here at home, sat in the conservatory watching the sun set over the bay. Why go anywhere else?

Canary Islands, but not the tourist areas, inland to the real Canarian villages with real Canarians. Lovely, friendly folk and not a "Rovers Return" "Red Lion" "McGinty`s Original Irish Bar" or "Big Mac" in sight, pure heaven.

"Matlock Bath.... Derbyshire's sea-side resort. "

its ruined now.. because of all the traffic wardens.. I used to spend most Sundays up there after a ride out on the bike.. then they started ruining it..

For me its anywhere in cornwall.. Love it down there.

Been lucky enough to visit a fair few places but love my home, Scotland.

If I had to choose one other abroad it would be Italy.

"Brittany coast"

Have a small place in Pornic (Dept 44) but that's only because I can't afford my all time fav place of Montone (sp?) in Umbria, Italy.

My fav place in the world and I've seen a fair bit so far.
