"Hi guys. Just wondering why we only have the facility to upload a maximum of 150 pictures onto our profiles even if we become members. Surely we should be able to upload as many pictures as we wish as this is our own account? "

Somewhere in North Norfolk |
Because of the amount of server space it takes up and the amount of bandwidth it uses. Neither of those things are free.
Having a limit means people have to do their own housekeeping of their photos. Otherwise some people would have thousands of photos and would never delete any.

Totally see where you are coming from but it's a bit of a pain that also you can only upload a maximum of 15 a day so if I were going to add / amend more than that I would have to do it over a few days (Kinky Subslut). |

Highly compressed Jpeg images, further compressed severely by this website take up little bandwidth...

Maybe because it's a swinging site and not a picture hosting site? |

Surely 150 pics is more than enough for a good cross section of pics showing what you're all about and what you look like?
As others have said its a swinging profile not a picture hosting site so 150 is loads |

I'm if the opposite opinion. I'd rather have 10 quality photos to look at that 100 shit ones. Having a limit might make people think about what constitutes a good photo instead of the boring cock photos from multiple angles we get. |

150 is more than enough. .infact 15 is probably enough...but getting that silver or gold badge just encourages you. .thankfully a diamond site supporter badge hasn't been introduced. .where you can upload 1000 photos. ..I'm sure it's only a matter of time though |

Bingo!
I like having a limit....it forces me to get rid of old or stale pics and make sure there aren't to many that are samey. I struggle to look at all the pics on a profile if there are too many. |

I'm guessing the daily limit may be an admin issue. Imagine if every member uploaded an unlimited amount of pics a day....it would take forever to get a pic approved. |

I like photos but 50 is really sufficient for here, never mind 150. If you want somewhere web based to store all your photos then use Dropbox or something. I'm not sure there's anyone who is interested in seeing more than 150 photos of someone, no matter how attractive they are. |

10 is more than enough for the purposes of this site.
OP: Even compressed pictures take up huge amounts of server space ; do you know how much server space costs? Why do you think Dropbox puts a limit on uploads unless you pay? ( and Dropbox has negotiated special deals with server providers to use all sorts of bits of "spare " capacity on servers all over the place )
This site is clearly run on a minimal budget ( which is a good thing, it keeps it simple and easily usable )
For those that get off on publishing pics; there are plenty of sites where you can publish pictures . |

As said before, it's a swinging sure, not a drop box.
Why on earth does anyone need 150 pics?
If photo sharing is your thing there are exhibitionist sites for that.
I get bored after about 20 pics. |

If you're more into the photo aspect then upload onto an Instagram or Twitter account.
I think the limit is fine. if I'm looking at a profile & see more than 50 public I scroll through the 1st few as its gets boring.
Less is more for me. |
