Verification paranoia

Does anyone else get slightly paranoid when people don't display the veri you wrote for them?
Now I know I'm not Shakespeare when it comes to writing them but it's happened a few times to me recently... Enough to make me think about why..
I'm hoping it's just to do with my name rather than a reflection on how good a time they had with me  |

Theres a lot of verification paronia on here. I meet i verify if they leave one back then great if they dont fine its just there way but i wouldnt think to check if they where showing mine. But i do know two guys that arnt showing mine and i know the reasons why |

They don't display yours in case people are immediately put off meeting them if they've met you since you are the pinnacle of fabness. That's what I would tell myself in that situation, anyway. |

This has happened to me loads of times. i must admit on occasion it's made me think that maybe they were embarrassed to have met me, so I've not gone back for a second meet.
But I don't tend to write the typical OTT, gushing, sycophantic epistles about how wonderful people are, so maybe they just don't want to display them |

Oh my , we are way past caring or even noticing whether people display our veris .
We have actually told some single guys who got their first veri from us , that it may not bear well if they are looking for very selective women if they show our veri !
We only display a few of ours , but tend to switch them around depending on what we are looking for |

My first verification on this profile was displayed. The person it came from then started asking for participants, and engaging, in activities I have no wish to be associated with.
I consequently blocked her so our verifications of each other don't show. |

I always leave veri's, but after a few incidents I no longer show mine. It's just too much hassle with people getting upset because I haven't arranged a meet with them yet etc |

I don't show all my verifications, if people don't like that I'm not showing theirs then that is their issue not mine. I won't show graphic ones I receive, I show ones that are social or meet ones which say, yes I'm who I say I am, and we had fun. |

I wouldn't worry - we tend to only show social ones to prove we are real and fairly sane. Some see them as some kind of badge of honour - but who sees a bad one ? The other way to look at it is - perhaps they enjoyed meeting you and like to keep your meeting to themselves. Could be a myriad of things.

If they didn't display it initially I might send a cheeky message asking if they didn't like it,depends on the person concerned.
