About three months ago i ordered a dress of a large seller on ebay. It didnt turn up and after a month i contacted them and they refunded me straight away

same thing happened to me, not with your dress obviously. but yeah most sellers are good. they can get their accounts suspended if they mess people about and they won't want that.
and the apology messages are always nice.  |

I just got a hefty cheque off npower as the ombudsman stated they hadn't sent me a bill for 12 months - I hadn't noticed, direct debit kept going out
I hope they don't send me a bill next year too! |

no, it was a large seller and when I read their feedback it seems as though items not turning up is common for them. Also they would of claimed it back so it makes no odds to them |
