I rarely remember dreams... so if I don't remember, does that mean I didn't dream?

I have no idea, but I was thinking the same, as a child I could remember my dreams, but now seldom do

I have found that since i started meditation regularly i can remember more of dreams. I also love directed dreaming, where you have some control over the direction and content of dreams.

If you keep a notepad by your bed and try and jot down notes just as you wake up sometimes that can help with remembering them.

of course there are some i do not want to remember, lol.

Most try that note pad and pen, but will have to be quick, cos they dont last long if the last at all

I don't remember my dreams either, OP. With the exception of one recent one, and it was worth remembering.

Look up lucid dreaming if you're reallythat bothered

You'll eventually remember every dream you have if you get into the swing of it. It's a genuine thing.

I once went to bed after watching mma and woke up choking the wife out. Needless to say I never watched before bed again.

Glastonbury

We dream, on average, 4-6 times a night.

Unless you wake up whilst in one you're highly unlikely to remember it.

I often dream lucidly and more often than not remember my dreams. Last night was my horrid recurring nightmare that I can't seem to shake off. Bloody nasty my unconscious brain sometimes.

Wonderland

I've always been a vivid dreamer, I can still remember dreams i had as a child and I remember the dreams I've had most nights. I also talk in my sleep a lot and sometimes in quite animated whilst I sleep

I dream every night... Usually 2 to 3 dreams. I remember them all vividly.

I used to write them down in the mornings.. Was taking too long!

I have had sleep paralysis for 10 years plus and the first time I had it I was crapping myself as I get a very scary noise that comes with it. Also you can then see everything that happens in the room. I have also had a conversation with a girl at the bottom of the bed before. Very weird when it happens but you learn to live with it.

home sweet home

I dream every night and I always remember my dreams

Last night i dreamt we started receiving lots of emails from guys asking my husband to teach them about anal play and ladies wanting to come over for anal play.

We had everyone over and it was amazing.

THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR GUY TO START EMAILING US ABOUT IT

I really reduced my drinking a while back and have just recently decided to stop totally for a while. It has helped my quality of sleep but as an insomniac i still find it hard to drop off, hence the meditation.

I remember my dreams even from years ago. My dreams are so realistic they sometimes affect my emotions too.
