Sorry I've been calling it ear rocks since I watched a youtube video about it by some american doctor lol
It's benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) caused by little grains like sand (hence ear rocks) moving in the fluid in the inner ear and brushing against the little hairs that sense balance.
Not so much discomfort as just bloody annoying

It comes and goes. I put up with it for a while then there is a thing called the Epley Manoeuvre which gets rid of it for a while but that involves spending the night upright in a chair afterwards so I leave it till it gets bad cos I find it hard to sleep upright. |

oh yeah i bet thats difficult however the relief afterwards when you know its going to be better for a while. sometimes i bet its worth it..ive never heard of it before..ive treated stuff like infections and stuff with hopi ear candles as they draw stuff out of the inner ear...ever tried them? |

I was thinking about when I first started swinging as a single guy about *cough* years ago and I don't know whether it is harder now, just different or I'm seeing things differently because I'm spending more time on forums.
Back then I used chatrooms more, which were more chat, less cam and actually went out to socials (munches we called them) at least a couple of weekends a month
