...Up on the Downs

Well, the first night with my tracker just showed a couple of restless moments in 5 hours of sleep, but last night in 7.75 hours I had no less than 18 restless periods, some 58 mins total!! Eeek!

What does this mean lol, I need to read up!?

Who else tracks their sleep?? What you found??

Do you put it on your dominant hand? I found that if I put mine on my domnant hand I'm more restless than if I put it on the other. Mine has a setting though that allows you compensate I think .

I don't know who's asking who what there!!? I just got a Fitbit tracker and it records your sleep patterns.

Good news morning stables if I ride is over 7000 steps and intense enough recorded as sports activity for over an hour.

Yes, this was only 89% so I did not stay restless for long each time, but I did feel quite tired when I woke, I think 18 times is too many for me!!The day before was 93/4% and I felt more rested.

I had a look on the website and some people are restless most of the night!

Apparently I wake up more than my young son in the night... And somehow gain sleep during the day(just like to point out that I don't get to sleep during the day.)
