Cooked for me by my partner after a morning spooning session!
Usually a tasty omelette with bacon cherry tomatoes and mushrooms x
It's a rarity which is why it's so special x |

"poached on toasted rye spread with hummus and a dash of chilli sauce.
Well that just sounds delicious. I may have to try that."
I was just thinking that myself. I've never tried rye bread.
I love omelettes but I haven't had a good one since I left the air force so I've given up ordering them now
My favourite is a fried egg with crispy edges and a soft, white-topped yolk |

Scrambled on smoked salmon and muffins
Or
Fried with a slightly crispy base but runny yoke, with a touch of salt
Or
Omlette. The type depends on my mood but favourites are either mushroom or red onion with tomato.
Ladies, I do mean egg breakfast |

Poached or fried with runny yolk.. I carefully eat all the white first then pop the yolk in my mouth whole and savour the warm rich liquid running down my throat. Fab. |
