I was just thinking that myself. I've never tried rye bread.

I love omelettes but I haven't had a good one since I left the air force so I've given up ordering them now

My favourite is a fried egg with crispy edges and a soft, white-topped yolk

Poached or fried with runny yolk.. I carefully eat all the white first then pop the yolk in my mouth whole and savour the warm rich liquid running down my throat. Fab.
