Terrible idea.
Craig is the best Bond since Connery.
Bond has to look like a guy you wouldn't mess with or it just becomes a comedy farce as per the Moore era.
Tom Hardy was never gonna take it so I'd have feather scene Hemry Cavill get it. |

Im not convinced of Tom Hiddleston as Bond, could turn out to be another George Lazenby moment.
Worth noting as well that the decision to halt betting comes after Tom Hiddleston was seen having lunch with Sam Mendes, who has 5 projects coming up (not including Bond) and Tom Hiddleston would be a good fit for a few of them. |

Henry Cavill might not go for it, he has at least 2 more superman films and potential man from U.N.C.L.E. sequels, he might decide a third big franchise is too much. |

Henry Cavill might not go for it, he has at least 2 more superman films and potential man from U.N.C.L.E. sequels, he might decide a third big franchise is too much."

I think the next bond should be a remake of OHMSS directed by Christopher Nolan starring Fassbender an idris Elba could be Felix. He cant play bond its like having a white man be Shaft. Not true to the character. |

Whoever they choose it has to be someone who will stick around for a few films.
Daniel Craig's Casino Royale will take some beating in my mind, the opening fight scene was awesome and had the best Bond Girl in Vesper Lynd.
Tom Hiddleston, though amazing in the Night Manager, doesn't strike me as cold hearted bastard enough.
Not sure who I'd like to see, but they have to be able to act as well as look the part!

Its a commitment of aprox 10 years, making 3-5 films.
So if Daniel Craig makes another one, then the next Bond would be early to mid thirties just now, if he doesnt then mid to late thirties.
As well as the acting ability and personal characteristics required for Bond. |
