I am still a member of another swingers website which suffered greatly when FAB came online.
It has recently had a revamp in the hopes of attracting custom, one of the features is 'report a bug'. I found one and duly reported it in great detail and pressed send. Immediately the reply came'There was a problem reporting your bug'
