How do I transfer photo albums from my laptop (not mac) to the wifes Ipad without going through itunes??
any help would be appreciated without getting too technical, I am really a bit dim when it comes to tech  |

Via an external drive. Or upload them to a free cloud storage area where she can download them. I suggest google just sign up for an email address and you will get a lot of free storage on google drive with it.xx |

Just use apple iCloud
Install on your PC ( just google Apple iCloud)
On your PC once you have signed into iCloud using your Apple ID and password just select the photos you want to appear on your iPad Via the app and they will then also appear on the iPad |

I blogged for the first time last year. It has lots on it and I would like to keep it somewhere but remove the blog. How do I do this?

somewhere offline?
copy and paste it into notepad then turn it into a file. shove them all into a folder as well to keep track of them. |

You can attach them to an email mail. Don't send it just save it as draft. Open up the email on the other device. Download.... done. |

Do you know what software it is posted on? the ctrl A selects All, ctrl C copies selected and ctrl V pastes it.
You can get a reasonable copy of it in MS Word like that, but it falls down if the Web page you are copying hides some of the text.
give it a go first, if it doesn't do it then PM me and I will assist |

Do you know what software it is posted on? the ctrl A selects All, ctrl C copies selected and ctrl V pastes it.

Most people don't have an sd card slot for the ipad, and setting up an SMB network connection is complex. The easiest solution for most is to use iCloud on both the PC and the IPad. |

What operating system do you have on the laptop?
There is an App on Windows 10 that lets you transfer pics from iPhone to PC without iTunes and i believe it works other way too. Not sure if it works with an iPad thou. ( should be the same ). Why can't you use iTunes to back up the pics to the iPad?
