there maybe some fit big woman and some unfit slim women but in general a fat woman isnt going top have the same fitness level as a slim woman
i'm not small myself so im not fat bashing its just common sense that if your carrying a extra 5 stone your fitness level will go down
i've ran the London marathon 3 times there's not a cat in hells chance i could do it now |
