I had 2 yesterday. And I've just planned to go to an ice cream/doughnut place in Glasgow on Saturday as an early birthday treat. I'm doughnut mad.

I have eaten two apples, half a pound of cherries and a couple of English strawberries. I think I shall ace a few pecans and an orange

Walnuts roasted in honey are nice if you're sick of raw nuts. Lots of little snacks you can make for yourself.

I have a sack of pecans and a bag of Brazils, I'm staying away from the honey while I'm going sugar free

Yesterday a slice of battenburg was screaming my name in the cafe. I told it to bog off and grabbed a bottle of mineral water

Eating healthily does get easier and you do begin to no longer crave stuff. It takes a while. Keep it up for a year, and you'll most likely keep it up forever.

I get into bad habits and I binge. I can go months without chocolate and then eat three or four bars a day
