minbe are ignorant as fuck.

throw fag ends in my garden but do stop when i complain to the housing.

they strop about half the time, slam doors, drink a lot.

i'm fairly quiet and my kids aren't feral so they don't have anything to put up with from us and i'm not changing just because they're arseholes.

I mean when the hell else would most people be able to do it in the week?

9/10pm sure and iirc after 11 you can report them but 6?

Childish and actuay if you are doing it at unsociable hours (unlike your neighbours seem to be) then you could end up in trouble.

Have you tried actually talking to them?

6pm is a reasonable time for drilling/diy type activities.

I had to complain to the 20 yr old son next door about his smoking. No problem with him & his friends smoking it but I've not been able to open the doors & windows at back of house because of the smell. My youngest's bedroom was so bad he refused to sleep in it

Ours are lovely, the elderly man just painted our fence when we were away. They take in parcels for us, luckily with no idea what's in them.

I've lived here for almost 5 years and there are 5 other flats. Downstairs flat the guy who brought it spent a year renovating it, would stop around 8 on an evening and all day on a weekend, was a pain but I'd rather have that than partying or screaming kids!

There are 2 old couples in the next block who I always chat to, this may be linked to me playing and fussing their pets whenever I see them!

Live in a block of 4 flats. 3 of which you would never know someone lived there, the 4th one..... Nightmares. Haven't the time or energy to go in it all, but they have no idea of boundaries, noise levels and general neighbourly ettiquette. I have 18 months left to put up with it then I am outta there and let someone else put up with their crap.

One side is ok, the other has a grumpy old bastard living with them.

Told me to stop my kids (accidentally) throwing stuff in their garden when playing outside

then had the nerve to throw a frog in mine the other day! Unsure whether it was dead or alive when he threw it over, but it was dead when my other neighbour informed me what he done.

Got a lovely guy living next door now, he never complains. However my previous neighbour did actually come knocking one morning because our sex-scapades were keeping her up. Our bedrooms backed onto one another and apparently she had spent most nights on her sofa

We would put up with most things from our neighbours as I'm sure their pretty sick of listening to us fuck nearly every night
