Can only speak from my experience and I've only ever had them from ladies but there are so many different techniques and styles that I don't think there's a 'one size fits all' answer.
Some women give great head, others not so good. And I'd suspect the same is true of men. So some men will be better than some women and vice versa.
In theory I guess it takes being a man to know what YOU like .. so some might argue that a man might give a bj in the manner they like best. But what one person likes another person might not, so the original answer still applies....
