i like to read the forums, do i post?? no not often beacause i think sometimes unless you are on the few on here then you get ripped to shreds..
But jesus christ....3 would you fuck/sexual intercourse threads on one page..
What is the point of them? is it the poster wanting to know if the someone/anyone would shag them??
Sits back and waits to get ripped to shreds, and i know if i dont like them dont read them and i dont...but cant miss the titles and i just think OH FFS not another one  |

And yes, I am going to say don't open any threads if they don't interest you.

yes often see lot of same subjects covered.think with the would type threds they get very long so person will start another .however them ppl still replie on old one aswell hence can be afew showing at same time .
nope they serve no real perpose ,but to bring alil light hearted reflief to the forums .
hope op does decide to post again as noone should worry about using the forum or putting their point of view forward. no ones view point is any more important than anyone elses x |

As a long time user and poster on the forums, we have to agree they have become tedious of late. We even commented to that end around 5 weeks ago.
To be honest they are not constructive to an active forum, to us its just one or two peeps who have nothing better to add.
The mods really do need to step in and close them, one is fine, but when you have 2-3 or more all covering the same subject, then it seriously needs looking at.

As each thread reaches well over 400 posts - I would suggest its not just one or two people - I feel they are very constructive for me - in that they get me to meet people - on a swinging site!! Very constructive I would say x |

Those do whatever to whoever threads bore me to tears, and I might have participated in just one of the many available.
Peeps are allowed to post whatever they like in the Lounge, as anything goes in here.
If peeps don't like them, they do not have to participate in them.
I have suggested before for one to have the ability to preview a thread just by hovering the mouse over it. This way, I don't have to click a thread to find it is yet another one of those do whatever to whoever thread.
Chill, no point in getting wound up by such trivial matter - there are bigger things in life away from FAB to worry about! |

They are fun, it's rare we post in them but we do read them.
There isn't normally 3 all on first page and mods corected this quickly so can't see a problem, Just don't click them if you don't like

reading some of the posts reminded me that i had actually got talking to and met a guy after one of those threds! mmmmm!!!! he was double O heaven and saw him awhile . so definatly worked in my favour !!! yum !!!!!
i will say the comment earlier to op saying" maybe it was best she did post often if thread titles get her up set " i consider uncalled for and inappropriate. other threads have been closed by admin and they have stated no place for personal comments ,which is quite right .yet we have it here . no one is here to decide if other people should post or not . we should be encouraging people to use forums . i will also say to the op though that if you set youself with a negative exspectation you will seldome go disapointed .i hope this tread though has given you an insite in to why the 3 different posts cropped up ,how they were delt with and benifits that some members find from them .x |

To be fair, my comment IS allowed as it was a personal veiw that if something upsets a person so much then maybe they should step away from it....whatever the situation.
I will also post the first part of the forums rules which give advice to all users from Admin themselves.
In summary: If you treat other people with respect, you can't go far wrong. Don't forget that the forums are meant to be fun, if you find yourself fuming and writing long angry messages you're probably best taking a break from it.

Im not keen on the would you fuck threads and rarely post on them. I have looked a few times and do find that its the same people posting time and time again on them, so in the case of 400 replies, its not 400 different people posting, its probably about 10 people posting over and over again, just like they posted the same thing over and over again on the previous 10 would you fuck threads that have been in operation over the last month or so.
The same goes for the personalised threads, the cyptic friends only threads and the good morning threads, they are on on a similar theme.
But.... they do work and I dont own these forums and I have no right as to how other people use them. The main thing is that other people are finding them fun, and if they can turn on their pc, have fun on fab and that puts a smile on their face, thats the most important thing, just like I post on the threads that interest me.
Some people have found a kinship with others via these threads, and ultimately that is a really good and positive thing |

Not the sort of threads I would either read or join in....but I don't find it difficult to avoid them, I don't have a compulsion to click on them and then regret it....
By their titles they are generally obvious of the content so how difficult can it be just to ignore them?
And as far as Soapy is concerned.....he can do no wrong in my eyes, he is a lovely 'ickle chap. |

"As a long time user and poster on the forums, we have to agree they have become tedious of late. We even commented to that end around 5 weeks ago.
To be honest they are not constructive to an active forum, to us its just one or two peeps who have nothing better to add.
The mods really do need to step in and close them, one is fine, but when you have 2-3 or more all covering the same subject, then it seriously needs looking at.
