Given that 3% of the U.K. Population as a whole is " black" ( i.e. Afro or Afro Caribbean ethnic origin, - not including " mixed race") then it stands to reason that there will be a similar proportion on here .
But I find that all the " black " women I know or have known, want to be known as women , not because they are black.
