day off - no chores allowed so im off to the shop to get choc ice cream and cherries and other such yumminess - and then im home to pamper me - so wax eyebrows - face pack - do the roots - manicure and pedicure - body scrub and lots of moisturising - all that kind of palaver  |

Eldest has a dental check-up. Then he wants me to take him shopping.
Not sure my bank balance is ready to be squandered on 25 dinosaurs of varying varieties, a selection of Nexus Knights, some other random shit toy that'll last 2 minutes past entering the front door, and the Tsunami of tears from my youngest who'll feel left out, even though I'd have got him something, which my eldest will then take off him and joyfully declare to the 4 cats and 1 dog that will be cowering behind cushions... that "it's MINE" and then I'll have two sets of tantrums of epic proportions as I bellow out in a slightly manic voice "GO TO YOUR ROOM!!!!!!!!"

Enjoy pamper day sounds literally fab!! I will be mostly doing school holiday type stuff with the children and no doubt find my way on here too whilst doing "housework"  |

My regular day off..
So if it's fairly reasonable weather wise a brisk ride out on the bike at 7.45 for about 3 hrs.
If its really shit then I'll probably ditch it until this evening when it'll just be a little leisurely ride with a couple of friends and I'll just do a gym workout this morning instead.
After the morning ride/workout I end it in the city centre where I meet friends for a long standing get together over a coffee.
Ride home for a shower up and a bit of lunch then start painting the inside of my new conservatory.
Plenty to do today so I definitely won't be twiddling my thumbs at all. |
