According to the news a lot of people are addicted to their digital devices. Using them 25hrs per week. They now offer retreats, digital detox. I saw a couple out in a coffee shop the other day, they both sat on their phones the whole time they were there, as I commented to my friend on it.
I have a rule for myself of no phone at dinner, or when having coffee out etc. I could do with being on it less though.

It has it's pros and cons.
I see it all too often, couples, friends, family's none of them interacting with one another, all or some on their devices. It's sad to see. |
