14 years and I've finally done it.

Since I was 16 I've wanted to achieve one goal.
Make a feature film.
But as happens life got in the way, self doubt and laziness paved the way for excuses and slackness
I made a few shorts, music videos (even a little adult stuff) but each time I tried to take the next step I failed.
This week I finished my first feature film, it's edited, music and sound is done and it's ready for release.
Today has been a good day  |

What's it called what's the premise?
I'd love to make a film but would do it like Tarantino and the music would have to be as good if not better than the film! |

Well done. It's great when we achieve our goals. Now you need to get it marketed and released. Good luck and I look forward to seeing it at the Film Festival next year (when you get it marketed and released).

Thanks everyone.
The film was originally called "into the light " but the distributors changed it to Invasion Earth.
It's a sci fi horror film.
Due for DVD and Sky store release in October (you can pick it up at HMV)
I'm so excited to be able to go into the store and see it on shelves. |

You know there's already a BBC TV series with the same name from 1998, and a book named, Invasion: Earth. (Harry Harrison). Have you looked into any potential copyright issues before its release? Don't know if this might be an issue... |

Stop pissing on his parade. They're several unrelated films with the same title, Avatar, Gladiator, Heat, Derailed to name but four! |

Thanks everyone. There is a trailer (but it uses the original title of "INTO THE LIGHT" which I prefer)
As pointed out there is a BBC TV show called Invasion:Earth but because of the lack of colon They can use Invasion Earth as a title (even though I hate it, I have no choice)
